Shipping And Returns


UPDATE: Due to an increasing number of orders, we are no longer able to guarantee same day shipping. As always, we will do our best, but it may take a day or two to get out the door. We ship on weekdays (Monday through Friday), excluding Federal holidays. If you need your order faster (Priority, Express, or via FedEx), please contact us for additional shipping options. Domestic Rates:
USPS First Class shipping (2-10 day): $3.15+
USPS Priority (2-5 day) Shipping: $7.15+
USPS Express (1-2 day) shipping: $24.45+

International Rates: 
USPS First Class shipping: $9.50+ on average, varies by location
USPS Priority Shipping: Contact us! Pricing is based on weight of order.

Most beads, findings, small pendants, components, and other small items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail in a small bubble mailer. Chain, heavy beads, large pendants and other oversized or heavy items will be shipped USPS Priority.

Items that are marked as delivered by USPS or an International mail carrier will NOT be refunded. It is the buyer's responsibility to purchase insurance or Register their international parcel to ensure its safe arrival. If an item is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the postage to re-send.

We do ship internationally! Hooray! If you reside outside the US, please be aware that you may have additional fees applied to your purchase once it reaches its destination. We are not responsible for any fees, duties, taxes, etc. Parcels that are refused by the buyer and returned to us for any reason are not eligible for a refund of the shipping label.

Parcels will be sent out using USPS First Class International. Using this method is the most cost-effective for you, but please be aware that once your parcel leaves our borders, it CANNOT be traced. If you would like tracking added to your order, we are happy to send it out using Registered Mail, but costs for this start at $14+. Please send us a message to add this option to your order.

International shipments can take up to SIX WEEKS to arrive, please be patient! Once your package leaves our borders, please contact your local customs department for info, but again, normal First Class shipments cannot be tracked. APO/FPO order questions will be shipped via USPS and all inquiries about them will need to be handled by the appropriate military department.

Some countries have restrictions on what can or cannot be sent through their postal systems. If you have concerns, please contact your local mail office to double check that your chosen item(s) are allowed. While we will do our best to ensure your parcel arrives safely, Only Beads is not responsible for items held by customs due to these restrictions.

Returns and exchange details

Custom orders, custom items, LOOSENED spools of wire and cut chain are NOT returnable. All Products must be in the SAME condition as when they left our shop (beads on strands, items in original packaging). If you are not satisfied with your order of any of these items, please let us know and we will do our best to remedy any issues.

All returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know if you are unhappy for any reason with your Only Beads purchase. We will do our very best to make sure you have a good experience with us! 

UNDAMAGED RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your items, you have thirty (30) days from date of receipt to return the items. Buyer is responsible for adding tracking or signature-requirement if desired. You MUST contact us for a return authorization number prior to sending. Items must be in their intact state (including beads still on their string), and in the same condition they arrived in. Payment will be refunded in the manner it was originally completed or for store credit once the items have safely returned to us, minus shipping. Form of refund is at the discretion of Only Beads.

DAMAGED RETURNS: All damaged items are handled on a case by case basis. We must be notified within SEVEN (7) days from date of delivery of any issues (breakage, missing/wrong items, etc.). Once notified of an issue, we will determine the best course of action. 

We cannot accept returns on any items that have left the artist's studio and are in the custody of an end-use customer. 

As stated, we are happy to work with you on any issues that may arise! Please don't hesitate to let us know about them.

NOTE: Our products are natural, or made from natural materials, and WILL vary in color, pattern, size, texture, etc. Please be aware of this prior to purchasing. If you require a certain color or size of something that varies (arrowheads, for example), please let us know in advance and we will do our best to oblige.
