We want you to be completely satisfied with our products that you purchased from us!

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We believe every transaction must result in a pleasant, convenient and successful shopping experience. But if you are not satisfied with our products you may return or exchange your order to us in its ORIGINAL condition within 15 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. Please include the invoice, and the reason for the return. There are certain limitations, however. The limitations are as follows:

*All refunds will be subjected to a 10% Restocking Fees.


We give our customers seven days inspection period, so you must notify us within seven days of receiving the package about the return either by email on, or call us on +404 437 4830.

We will not refund any shipment if you notify us after seven days of receiving the shipment. These seven days will be calculated as we receive the confirmation from related shipping company about delivery. No returns will be valid if you notify us after seven days of receiving the goods.

The returned items must be in the original condition, undamaged, unworn condition and in factory condition. We will not accept any item with any alteration.

New and unused means that there is no damage or marks on the item. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

If the product you are returning included a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned.

We find it necessary to charge a 10% re-stocking fee. All shipping costs, VAT, duties and return costs are sole responsibility of customer and that will not be refunded at all.

Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.

Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a traceable and reputed carrier.

Please note that special orders have no return policy.

If you request our assistance in selecting a style or color, please understand that we can only make suggestions and cannot guarantee that these suggestions will work for you. We cannot waive the re-stocking fee on returns, so please make sure that what you order is what you want.! Is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.

Please note: The above limitations do not apply if the shipment is wrong or defective. Kindly let us know clearly if you want a refund, exchange or Credit applied to your next order. You must include a copy of the original invoice, a note of explanation, and your phone number (or email address) with your return.

Refunds may take between 2-4 weeks to process so please bear with us.
